Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sessions, consulting services, and interactions booked through Made to Work, including operations consultancy discovery calls and advisory sessions. By booking a session or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Consultancy discovery calls

Discovery calls are intended as strategic conversations to understand your operational challenges, explore possible solutions, and assess whether working together is a good fit. They do not guarantee an ongoing engagement or project relationship. The fee is credited towards future project work at our discretion.

Advisory sessions

Advisory sessions are practical conversations for individuals navigating career decisions, life transitions, relocations, or other personal and professional questions. They are not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for professional mental health support. Advisory sessions do not guarantee any particular outcome and are provided in good faith based on personal experience and knowledge.

Fees and payment

All sessions must be paid for in advance through Stripe. Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Reduced rates are available at our discretion for individuals in genuine financial hardship. Please contact hello@madetowork.co before booking to discuss this.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as missed sessions, are non-refundable.

Ongoing work

Any ongoing consulting or project work will be governed by a separate written agreement outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms.

Confidentiality

Information shared during any session or engagement will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, frameworks, processes, and recommendations provided by Made to Work remain the intellectual property of Made to Work. Clients may use delivered materials internally for their own business purposes.

Liability

All advice, recommendations, and guidance are provided in good faith based on personal experience and knowledge. Made to Work is not liable for business decisions, financial outcomes, personal decisions, or any changes implemented based on discussions or recommendations. Advisory sessions are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
