What I do

Most operational problems are not really operational.

They are usually symptoms of something else. Misalignment. Unclear communication. Systems built without thinking about the people who would have to carry them.

I help figure out what is actually going on, then build something that fixes it. That might mean restructuring how your team communicates, setting up tooling that works with how people think, or just bringing clarity to a situation that has become harder than it should be.

The work I enjoy most sits somewhere between strategy, systems, psychology, and care. Because sustainable growth is rarely built through process alone. It is built through people who can think clearly, collaborate well, and actually breathe inside the environments they are helping to grow.
